Just realized I wasted $200 on AI transcription tools nobody uses

I bought into this fancy AI meeting transcription service back in March. It was $200 for a yearly subscription, and I thought it would save my team so much time. Turns out, nobody actually reads the transcripts, the accuracy is terrible for our industry jargon, and we still end up taking manual notes anyway. Has anyone else found a free tool that actually works for this kind of stuff?

Did you try Otter.ai? I used to think paid tools were always better but this changed my mind.
