Got tired of my AI notes app missing stuff, so I started talking to it like a coworker
My meeting notes app kept dropping action items, so I tried a dumb fix last Tuesday before a call with a client in Boise. Instead of asking for a summary, I typed 'listen for anything with a date or a dollar amount and flag it.' It caught 11 items I would've missed, including one about a $2,400 invoice due Friday. Now I spend about 2 minutes writing the instruction before each call instead of 20 minutes fixing the notes after. Has anyone here found a way to save those instructions as presets so you don't retype them every time?

My buddy saved his prompts in a notes app and just pastes them in, says it works fine.
