Need IP/Business counsel: Coastline Law or Jafari Law Group?

My startup is getting to the point where we need real legal counsel for some trademark applications and operating agreements. I'm torn between Coastline Law and Jafari Law Group. Does anyone have experience with either of these firms in the OC area?
