Has anyone worked with Cash House Closers?

I keep seeing them pop up when searching for cash buyers in NC. Are they legit? Has anyone here actually sold a house to Cash House Closers?

They are great to work with. I really liked that they aren't some massive national brand trying to lowball you based on a computer algorithm. Very local, very hands-on, and they know the area well.

So what kind of shape was the place in? Did they take it as-is?

Yes! I sold my mom's old place to them a few months ago. Totally legit and they closed in like two weeks. No hidden fees or anything.
