Ouch, that sounds rough! I helped my friend move a sofa last month and my back locked up for two days. Could barely get off the couch, it was awful.

Moved a fridge once and my back made that same click sound. Couldn't stand up straight until like Tuesday. Never helping with large appliances again, honestly.
