DAE see way more smart home wiring requests now than a few years back?

Three years ago in Denver, I'd get maybe one call a month for a smart panel or low voltage wiring. Last week, three different new builds asked for dedicated Cat6 runs and smart switch wiring in every room. It feels like the standard has changed fast. What's the best way you guys are pricing these jobs now?

My buddy in Phoenix still only gets a couple smart home calls a year. Maybe it's just a Denver thing.

So it's just Denver going nuts with this stuff? Wonder what @richardfox's buddy in Phoenix is installing when he does get those calls.
