The week I accidentally doubled my email open rates by changing one thing
I used to think subject lines were everything. Last Tuesday I tested sending my weekly newsletter at 6am instead of 10am on a whim. Open rates jumped from 22% to 41% over three days. I didn't change the content or the list, just the time. Has anyone else seen big swings just from adjusting send timing?

the week I accidentally doubled my email open rates" - that's wild. I always thought subject lines were the magic bullet too, but you might be onto something here. I tried sending my small shop's monthly deals blast at 6am on a Tuesday after seeing this, and went from like 18% to 33% open rate. I got more replies too, which never happens. It's crazy how something so small can flip everything.

Ha, that's wild @susan_wells - my buddy tried the same thing and said his inbox went from crickets to people actually replying.
