Update: My missed train in Berlin sparked a whole new story idea

I was rushing to catch a train and ended up stuck at the station for hours. Instead of stressing, I just watched people come and go from a cafe window. Seeing all those different lives in one place made me think about how every person has a hidden story. It's a solid base for a writing prompt about chance encounters and what-if moments. Maybe others have had similar travel snaps that turned into plot bunnies.
