PSA: A small win with toning down orange hues in highlights
Mixed a custom glaze and the color balanced out, anyone have a favorite mix?

Remember grabbing a blue toning shampoo in panic last year. Followed the bottle directions to the letter and it still turned my highlights a weird, dull grey. @black.margaret, your peach crayon line rings so true. I had that metallic, dusty look for a solid month. It really makes you respect the people who can actually mix a custom glaze and know it will work.

Oh man, glazing to fix orange sounds like wizardry. My own attempt at toning brassiness ended with my hair looking like a weird peach crayon, honestly. Tried one of those purple shampoos and it went straight to lavender in some spots. Felt like I had to wear a hat for a week. Really makes me appreciate people who actually know how to mix color properly.
