I run a 3 man pest control crew out of Sacramento and swore my gut was good enough for job costing, so I never touched the software my CPA kept pushing on me. Three weeks of writing down start and stop times on a clipboard showed me I was quoting 45 minute jobs that really took 70, and the drive time between stops was eating the rest. So how do you all price the windshield time, flat rate per stop or a separate trip charge?
