Swapped from Procore to a simple spreadsheet for field reports, night and day difference

We ran a 40-unit townhome job in Charlotte and the crew kept skipping daily logs because Procore's mobile form felt like a chore. I built a Google Sheet with dropdowns and photo columns, and now subs fill it out on their phones in under 2 minutes. Has anyone else ditched a big platform for something dumber but faster when the team size is small?

Gotta say I'm shocked you got subs to actually use a spreadsheet! Half my guys can barely find the right tab on their phone, let alone fill out dropdowns without calling me.
