I accidentally synced my project schedule to my personal calendar and it solved a huge communication problem.
I was setting up a new job in Buildertrend and must have clicked a wrong box, because suddenly all the crew tasks were showing up on my phone's calendar, which my wife saw and finally understood why I was working late so much that month.

Notice that it wasn't really the mistake that fixed the problem, it was the shared view of the calendar. @fiona_scott44 is right that it's a good fix, but the key is making that info visible to others on purpose. You should keep that sync turned on now. It stops the "why are you late" talk before it even starts.
