A guy at PAX West showed me how to share my Elden Ring save between my PS5 and my brother's Xbox, and it took 10 minutes
I was standing in line for a demo at PAX West last month and this dude next to me saw the Elden Ring keychain on my bag and asked which system I played on. When I said PS5 but my brother plays on Xbox, he pulled out his phone and walked me through the cloud save thing with a free account, told me his gamertag so I could message him if I got stuck, and said 'we're all just trying to beat Malenia here.' I tried it when I got home and it actually worked, my brother and I have been co-oping the DLC together for two weeks now. Has anyone else set up cross saves like this, or is there a better way I'm missing?

My cousin Dave did the same thing at Comic-Con with his Switch and my PC, but Nintendo banned his account three days later.
