I started bagging and boarding my floppies right after reading them, and my local shop guy says that is why my run is worth more
For years I just stacked new issues loose in a short box until they got smushed. Last spring I tried sleeving each one the same night I read it, and when I brought 40 issues from a 2019 run to the shop in Fresno, he offered me $180 cash on the spot. Is that just a polite upsell, or do you think handling books right away actually protects the grade that much?
