Tried ironing a seam with a damp towel and it actually laid flat
Did a 12x15 berber job over in Mesa last Thursday and the seam kept peaking on me after two tries with the seaming iron straight. Grabbed a spray bottle and a cotton towel, misted it light, and ran the iron over the towel right on the seam for about 20 seconds. Came out so flat I had to run my hand over it twice to believe it. Been setting seams dry for 9 years and felt kind of dumb, so what's your go to trick when a seam won't cooperate?
