Power stretcher kicked back on me during a 40 oz berber in Tucson, my knee is still swollen
Last Tuesday I was stretching a 40 oz berber in a rental in Tucson and the tail block slipped off the tack strip at the seam, so the stretcher snapped back and caught my knee. I limped through the rest of the room and finished the job, but then I had to re-stretch the whole thing the next morning because the backing had already relaxed and the seam peaked. Has this happened to anyone else with berber, and do you swap to a different block or just add more starter rows at the wall?
