Guy at the supply house said "just staple it, it's under a couch" and now I'm staring at a 3 inch seam pop
He told me this while I was buying knee kicker springs in Reno last Tuesday, and I laughed it off. Fast forward to yesterday, the homeowner slid her sofa over and the seam opened up right in the middle of the living room. How do you all handle a repair when the customer already saw the damage?
