Showerthought: job listings in 2019 vs now feel like two different worlds

Helping my cousin look for entry level work in Columbus and half the posts want 3 years of experience plus a portfolio, which was not the case when I applied for the same kind of job back in 2019. Feels like the bar moved without anyone saying so. What is the weirdest requirement you have seen on a job that is supposed to be entry level?
