Shoutout to the manager at my old Best Buy in Boise who told me I explain things like I'm bored
She said it in my 6 month review and I was mad for a week, but now I lead with the why before the how and my training sessions actually get questions at the end. Anyone else get a piece of feedback that stung at first but ended up being the most useful one?
