I finally got 5 client calls booked from cold emails in one week
Honestly I almost quit the whole cold email thing last month after sending 140 messages and getting two replies, both no thanks. Last week I booked 5 calls in 7 days, and I had to check my calendar twice because I thought I was reading it wrong. The fix was small: I cut my email from 6 sentences down to 3 and put the ask in the first line instead of burying it at the bottom. I also stopped pitching on the first touch and just asked if they had 10 minutes to talk about the problem. Has anyone else had one tiny change flip their reply rate like that?
