Found a weird trick for answering stupid interview questions
I kept freezing up during the 'where do you see yourself in 5 years' type stuff, especially when the interviewer stares at you. Last week in a panel interview, I tried flipping it and asked them to clarify what part of the role they meant, like growth vs skills. It bought me time and made me look engaged, and I got a second interview today. Does anyone else have a go to stall tactic that actually sounds natural?
