My 2007 Mustang sat outside on my street in Chicago for two winters and the salt just ate the rear quarters up. After a $600 rust repair last spring I said never again, so now I pay $75 a month for a spot in a garage over on Lawrence Ave. It's a 15 minute walk from my place but the car stays dry and I don't have to dig it out when it snows. Only problem is I only drive it maybe once a week now. Anyone else rent a spot far from home and start driving their car less because of it?
