Dropped $1,200 on a car tent for my Camaro and the thing leaked the first rain we got
I set it up in my driveway in Buffalo last October and by the second storm there was a puddle in the footwell. Should I just eat the loss and go back to a plain tarp, or has a car tent ever held up for anyone here?

I read a guy's review saying those driveway tents just can't take real snow and rain loads unless you seal the seams yourself. Might be worth trying a tube of seam sealer before you give up on it.
