Unpopular opinion: I quit chalking every joint and my drawers fit tighter now
Five years back I marked every cut with a pencil and square, but after a job in Toledo last spring where the lines were throwing me off by a 32nd, I switched to cutting straight off a story stick and checking with a feeler gauge instead, and the boxes have been dead square since, so does anyone else trust a stick over a mark?
