Appreciation post: my 1970s realtor let us do a final walk through twice, and my last realtor rushed me out in 20 minutes
It is wild how the whole thing felt slower when I bought my first place in 1998, like everyone had time to actually check the water heater and ask the neighbor about the roof, and now I am wondering if anyone else misses that pace or if I am just getting old.
