Hit 1,000 pounds of sausage in my shop in Akron and my hands felt it
I started making fresh brats and Italian links part time two years back and the counter just rolled past 1,000 pounds last Friday, so what do you all use to keep your wrists from barking after a long stuffing day?
Congrats on the 1,000 pounds, that is a lot of grinding and stuffing for a part timer. My wrists hurt just reading this. Maybe try switching hands so you at least wear out both arms evenly instead of one. If it keeps up, a wrist brace and some ibuprofen might be your new best friends. How long are your stuffing sessions anyway?
