Update: switched our shop's guest wifi to a separate line and the weird part surprised me
We run a small print shop in Boise and for 2 years our guest wifi shared the same line as our order system. Last month a customer's kid downloaded a huge game update during a rush and our card reader timed out 4 times in one afternoon. I finally paid $65 a month for a second business line just for customers, and I expected faster checkout as the payoff. What actually happened was our own staff stopped complaining about the wifi dropping, since nobody was fighting for bandwidth anymore. Now I'm wondering if I should have split our office printers onto a third line too, has anyone done that or is it overkill?
