Question about ink smudging on my weekly planner pages

Let ink dry fully before closing your journal to avoid smears.

Yeah the "let ink dry fully" thing is key. I read somewhere that the paper type matters too, like coated paper in some planners makes ink dry way slower. Someone tested a bunch of brands and the cheap absorbent paper actually dried fastest lol.

Man, that's so true. It's like the fancier the thing tries to be, the worse it works for the basic job. Happens with all kinds of stuff.

Totally, that cheap paper thing makes sense because it soaks up the ink right away. I have a notebook with that super smooth, almost glossy paper and my pens smear for ages on it. Makes me pick my paper based on what pen I'm using that day.
