My neighbor told me to stop buying tools and start borrowing them from the library, and I'm still chewing on it
He caught me loading a $60 puller into my cart at the auto parts store in Mesa and said the city tool library has one for free. I've been fixing up my 1998 Ranger for 8 months on a tight budget, so has anyone actually used one of these lending spots, or is it all busted junk?
