Hot take: I turned down a $22/hr night shift job to keep my $16/hr daytime desk gig
Everyone told me I was crazy for leaving $120 more per week on the table, but the night role had me doing the same 4 tasks on loop with zero growth. Six months in, my day job bumped me to $19/hr and I actually like the people I sit next to, so did I just get lucky or is stability really worth that much to folks here?
