Complained about low reach to my barista, her 2-word reply stopped me cold
She said 'so what' when I listed all my tricks from the past year, and I realized I've been chasing numbers instead of actually connecting with the 40 people who do comment, has anyone else hit that wall where the algorithm becomes the whole point?
