So my uncle passed away last spring and we were cleaning out his garage in Spokane when I found a plastic tub full of magazine clippings he saved. One was a Time article from December 2001 where some tech guys swore the Segway would be bigger than the internet and cities would redesign sidewalks around it. I remember him arguing with my dad at Thanksgiving that same year about it, and dad just laughed. Anyway I sat on the garage floor reading this thing for like 20 minutes and now I want to know if anyone else has a relative who saved predictions like this. What old magazine clippings or printouts are you holding onto from the 90s or 2000s?
