I finally admit that 2004 guy was right about MP3 players dying

Back in 2004 there was this forum post, some guy named Bill from Ohio, saying MP3 players would be dead in 5 years because phones would take over. I laughed hard. I had just bought a 20GB Creative Zen for $250 and thought he was an idiot. Sure enough by 2010 my phone had more music than that thing ever held. I ended up giving the Zen to Goodwill in 2012. Anyone else hold onto a dead tech item way longer than they should because they were mad at the prediction?
