Update: the dispatcher in Fort Worth said to always grab a photo of the dash cluster before the driver pulls away
He told me it saved a guy $800 when a customer claimed the odometer read 12 miles higher at pickup, and now I want to know if anyone else here shoots the gauges before every haul.
