My brother in law swore I didn't need the dealer warranty on my truck, and I almost listened to him
He kept saying third party plans are a rip off and put the $1,800 toward a repair fund instead. Then my transmission went out at 61,000 miles and the quote came back at $4,200, so I called the warranty company I'd already paid and they covered the whole thing minus a $100 deductible. Anyone else get talked out of a plan and then watch it bail you out anyway?
