I switched from making lists to asking one question each morning and it fixed my whole day
For a while I was writing these long to do lists, like 15 items, and I'd finish maybe 4 and feel awful. Then a guy I work with in Fort Worth told me he just writes down one question at night: what's the one thing that would make tomorrow feel like a win? I tried it for 3 weeks and finished way more real work than when I had a page full of lists.
Has anyone else tried something like that, or does a big list actually work for you?
