The recipe card said 'shake halfway' and I ignored it, check your basket
I read a warning from a guy whose air fryer caught a grease fire at 400 degrees because he never opened the basket even once during a 20 minute wings cook, and now I set a phone timer every single batch, has anyone else had smoke pour out while following instructions to the letter?

That "shake halfway" warning is no joke, I learned the hard way when my basket started smoking on some chicken thighs and I had to dump the whole thing outside. Now I treat that instruction like it's a law, every single time.
