Found a weird AI trick that saved my recipe blog from total failure

So I run a small recipe blog on the side and last month I noticed my traffic just tanked out of nowhere. Like I went from 200 visitors a day to maybe 12 and I was freaking out. I tried updating old posts and making better images but nothing helped. Then I remembered someone on here mentioning that AI tools can help with SEO metadata if you give them the right prompts. I fed ChatGPT a bunch of my old recipe titles and asked it to rewrite them for search intent and it suggested adding stuff like "easy" and "30 minute" and "one pan" which I thought was super basic. But I actually tested it on 3 posts and within a week those 3 posts jumped from page 6 to page 2 on Google. I'm still not sure if this was a fluke or if these AI tools are actually reading the algorithm somehow. Has anyone else tried letting an AI rewrite your headlines and seen a real bump?

@the_anna It's not just the keywords, I think AI is getting better at understanding how Google groups topics together. The "30 minute one pan" stuff sounds basic but it matches exactly what the algorithm wants to see for fast weeknight searches. Page 6 to page 2 is real if you hit the right phrasing pattern.
