Can we talk about how AI writing tools keep missing the obvious context

I was using one of those AI grammar checkers last week for a client proposal on a historic renovation in Portland, and it kept flagging phrases like "original crown molding" as too wordy. Then I realized it had no awareness of construction terminology or the specific project details I'd already explained in the opening paragraph. Have any of you run into situations where an AI just completely misses the forest for the trees like that?

Yeah it drives me crazy when these tools ignore the setup you already gave them and just start making random suggestions. They really don't get that context matters more than some grammar rule. Feels like they're designed for generic blog posts not actual real world projects.
