Since being expelled twentty years ago over a difference of opinion concerning disrespectful and undemocratic treatment of long-time members by the Nathan Karp & the National Office, we have not had contact with the party. great contributions to American socialist thought made by the SLP are indeed now a matter of history. By googling 'Socialism', you can find a good article by "Chris" which gives a good summation of the SLP's contributions- altho minus its negative impact on the movement it once championed. Other than this, whether your experience is an error or intentional, I can only guess but the reason for it is a mystery. If you were once a member or associated with a disbanded section,
the reason may lie there.
