people are very concerned about it, so it's an issue. People want to be assured, I believe, that in supporting this transformation that they are acquiring more, and not giving up any control over the products that they individually or collectively produce. So they want it settled up front, or at least I believe they want it settled up front that there emphatically will not be free access to that which labor produces except on a product by product basis with the overwhelming assent of the workers which may be withdrawn at any time.

So yes, in what I advocate for there can be free access to the products of labor, but only to the extent that labor overwhelmingly agrees to it.
