I meant that you as a private person would be able to do what you want with your personal property. eg. transfer it for cash, for whatever price you could get for it or transfer it to someone for as many hours of labor notes someone agreed to give you for it.

Having the labor notes able to circulate would put a lot of flexibility into the system
