No thanks to the visuals - but were pretty much talking about the same thing. I don't see anything wrong with "state" except for 150 years worth of bug a boo. United States is a perfectly fine term.
You took off from the two houses of congress - bicameral - two chambers one essentially one the industrial adminstration by the workers (I presume) and the others "community". It makes sense but further into the future than I'm currently looking.
We already have in place the Article 5 process. Could it be more user friendly? Perhaps. But to the greatest extent practical we need to use the tools that we have. The one thing that we can use to our advantage is that ONLY a really powerful political force can expect to get an amemedment passed.. (Even the anti-flag burning bunch couldn't get passed the first hurdle of getting 2/3 of both houses.)
But the amendment process is so high that only an idea of such magnitude that it is simple irresistible, I believe that the idea of collective worker control of the indutrial means opf production and distribution is such an idea.
Think of this illustration - you want to move into a house as soon as you can. You know that you have to make some alterations - some you have to make before you move in to ake the place at least habitable - some that you can put off to make the place more of a home.
(I have to finish this later)
