Let’s THINK for OURSELVES …
As Americans, we should be aware of ... The Hoover Institute... The Cato Institute... The Russell Sage Foundation ...among other corporate “Think Tanks.” These well financed propaganda “Think Tanks” are guided along lines of the work of Hitler's Minister of Propaganda, Joseph Goebbles, (circa ‘33-‘45) who developed the "Big Lie" propaganda tool (simply stated: The more the LIE, is repeated…, the more likely people will believe it.), whose daily propaganda messages duped millions of working class Germans into a stupor of anti Semitism , and which led to electing union busting Nazis into office…, a prelude to WW2.
Today’s corporate propagandists …such as the PNAC (Program for a New American Century… ) the gang of corporate thinkers who instigated the Iraq War, send their spokespersons to all the tv forums to convince us…, We, the majority, working class electorate…, that this system…, capitalism…, the Free (??) Market… transactions which depend for its existence on OUR wage labor , for the capitalist millionaires it produces …, is the best way for US to live.
These corporate mouthpieces subtly suggest that working class people and their LABOR unions are the blood suckers of the privately owned corporations ..., that this latest Free Market failure was partly caused by the health insurance expenses which the companies agreed to pay during contract negotiations..., while completely ignoring the FACT that only through LABOR's intellectual and general powers can there be ANY production going on.. at all…, production which enables corporate CEOs and capital investors to become millionaires
And too many of us actually BELIEVE this corporate and political propaganda to the point where we, as working class individuals, never consider ourselves as vital and important contributorswhich WE are to this economy. In fact, we have been brainwashed into believing that the system is doing us a favor by allowing us to have a job!
We, the People, have been snookered by the private, secretive corporate and political cabals which control our socially necessary industrial and service institutions..., institutions such as the banks, industrial and service corporations and this political form of government..., into believing that DEMOCRACY is impossible in such a large society..., that the Republic form (which has effectively removed We, the People, from any real decision making ...an empowerment which gives the politicians the sole rights to make anti labor laws which insure our conformity to the rules of capitalism...) is more manageable and desirable. and despite the periodic economic travails such as we are now experiencing…, too many of us BELIEVE this is the BEST way to live! No, it's NOT! There is a better way.
Reality is… there are those of us who work for wages, have nothing to say about how our jobs are determined, are ordered to do the most odious and dangerous tasks which are harmful to their health..., but so many of us will scoff at the notion that there can be a better way.. We have been propagandized into believin and accepting the illusion that capitalism and democracy go hand in hand..., that capitalism gives us the "freedom" to become whatever we want to be...even millionaires..., that "too much" democracy means the "majority" will make the "minority" suffer because rules will be agreed upon by the majority which will somehow prevent those of us in a "minority" from doing whatever is in our best inteests.
Fact is…in the Economic Democracy outlined in the PFANS program… NO individual loses out due to the social and economic decisions which the cooperative majority in our communities and work places decides I are in the best interests of individuals and our society. That’s the basic democratic principle of cooperative government empowerment in which We, the People, are the main beneficiaries of our human labor used in producing social values for ourselves and for the swell being of our society.
Before this system sends us and our kids and theirs into another massive Free Market failure..., which will inevitable happen after all our tax monies bail out this present capitalism debacle..., Isn't it time We, the People, wise up. recognize that WE, OUR labor power, is indispensable to the economy..., and as the electorate majaority, WE CAN develop and implement social institutions which will enable us to have a direct voice and vote in all matters that affect our lives..., in a genuine DEMOCRACY which today we sorely lack...???
Until We establish a true SELF Government..., our lives will continue to be tossed about by the system of capitalism and this political state dictatorship There is a better way. …, the PFANS way… Study it. We invite rational proposals which will add to its democracy construct.
