Over at Deleonism.org we've been batting this subject around a bit. Of course some think it absolute heresy to suggest a non-PARTY political movement because after all both Marx and DeLeon called for parties of labor. While I acknowledge intellectual debts to both of them that doesn't mean that I'm not going to think things through for myself. Yes one of the options is no party now and a party later - but another option is no party now and no party later, just a building political movement for the constitutional amendment. Of course this is of tactics which must be re-visited anew every day. At this point my preference is against political organizations except as ad hoc committees. Ask me tomorrow and I might have a new opinion then.
