This idiot starts out fine then about one minute into his, thirty minute, program he does a 180 and go'es from talking about a real estate appraisal to a business valuation. The funny thing is that he does not know the diffenrence. He has been doing this for 30 years and he still does not know the difference between real and personal property. He even admits that when he got started he knew nothing about appraising Nursing Homes 'but his clients liked his work.'
