Dear Sir: I need to procure an appraisal for a talcum mine site in Inyo County, California (deed attached). I am legal counsel to the owner, FCI properties; a wholly owned subsidiary of Waterford Wedgwood USA Inc. which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Irish based Waterford Wedgwood plc which is undergoing an acquisition. It is imperative that I have an assessment of the properties current value and the market, if any, for re-sale, as soon as possible.
