Contract not Law

Applies to Fannie and Freddie only.

Appraiser can no longer get paid by the borrower (no cod)

Brokers can not order an appraisal through an AMC.

Appraisers must be notified when they are place on a not to use list.

Improper Conduct Hotline service not setup. (Indepemendent Valuation Protection Institute)
