I don't know Mr. Elliott, but have worked with Ms. Mahaphon many times in the past and I don't for a moment see how you can call her "a gun" for anybody. Besides, she's in Thailand!

I would also point out that given current market conditions it would be hard to find any successful appraiser who hasn't worked with failed lenders. Does that make them all guilty by association? Who are your failed clients? Be careful, they might be on the FDIC's list of at-risk lenders!

But what I'd really like to know is what's up with you and your marketing "style."

You fill your website with all kinds of nonsense. Then you have this site in which you freely slam your competition!

I for one will be sure to contact Elliott over you any day.

Have you ever been told that marketing by denigrating the competition doesn't work?
