Tom Kenster received a BS degree from USC as the first national real estate scholarship recipient and graduated from the MBA program at StanfordSouthwesternUniversityLawSchool. Tom has testified regarding real property litigation on well over 100 occasions and has presented almost 1,000 real property lectures nationally and internationally. He has 25 years as faculty at UCLA, UC-Irvine and USC where he organized and instructed the AI master degree program.
